The Backswing Secret Tour Pros Know But You DON'T...
What if one small movement in your right wrist could make your entire backswing easier?
For lots of amateur golfers, the problem isn't necessarily how much they're turning, lifting their arms or moving their body.
It's what they're NOT doing with their right wrist!
When you don't create enough right wrist bend during the backswing, the club can start getting into all sorts of troublesome positions.
You might see:
A club shaft that gets too vertical ❌
Arms lifting or folding excessively ❌
Too much body rotation as you try to complete your backswing ❌
A club that never really gets properly set ❌
And here's the interesting part…
These problems might all stem from one missing ingredient!
Let me show you what I mean…
Why This Matters:
Creating the right amount of bend in your trail wrist can help you:
✅ Set the club more efficiently during the backswing.
✅ Keep the club on a better path.
✅ Reduce unnecessary lifting and arm movements.
✅ Make a fuller shoulder turn without over-rotating.
✅ Build a more consistent backswing for improved strikes and distance.
Think of your golf swing like baking a cake.
When you add more of one ingredient, you might need less of another.
This can help you figure that out…

Something close to my heart…
What I would consider my home club (where I grew up learning the game of golf) is in the process of raising funds for a cancer charity that is close to my heart, and that of some of the members who helped me on my way in the world of golf.
If there is anything you can contribute to the cause, no matter how big or small, please use the QR code below.
No pressure, no expectations, just some charitable outreach on my part if this is something you can get behind…
I hope you enjoyed this issue and it helps your game!

Have a great weekend!
