The Hidden Power Move Every Golfer Overlooks...
Most golfers lose distance because their swing starts too slow and static. In this week’s video, you’ll learn how grip speed (the speed of your hands early in the swing) can instantly add clubhead speed and pure, consistent strikes.
Let me explain…
Timing Your Grip Speed for Maximum Power & Consistency:
Here’s the problem: Most golfers start their swing too slowly, and many then add speed at all the wrong times throughout the swing. Not only does this actually make your swing lose power, but it creates a lot of inconsistencies. Grip speed is the real key to effortless power, and it’s something that flies under the radar among most golfers.
By speeding up the hands right from the takeaway, you create early momentum that translates into higher clubhead speed and cleaner strikes.
This is what we’re aiming for…
To feel it, try starting with the club in front of the ball or adding more motion like waggles, steps; anything to get rid of that stiff, static start. Get your hands moving early, and you’ll see instant gains in distance and strike quality.

Tracking stats can help us manage our expectations on the golf course, learn the EXACT areas our games need to improve in, and basically stop lying to ourselves.
The best way to track your own stats? I would recommend Arccos Golf to anyone looking to level up their golf game. I mean, you can get better without even having to change your swing, but hopefully I can help you with that too!

DISCUSSION: Is this something you experience on the golf course?
A Simple Breakdown:
Grip speed will be a new idea for lots of you. I appreciate it can be confusing too, so the best way to think about it (and how it can improve the efficiency of your speed) is a fast-slow-fast-slow sequence.
Amateur golfers often get this the wrong way around, starting slow, then getting quicker towards the top of their swing, reducing stability and causing things like bounce-backs off shoulders etc etc.
Think of the golf swing like cracking a whip. The speed your hands are travelling at is different to your clubhead speed, and this is how you manage that skill.
I hope that makes sense!
I hope you enjoyed this issue and it helps your game!
